Owners Keith and Kelly Mason purchased Like New in 2021. After 20 years in Corporate sales management, Keith and Kelly understand the importance of professionalism and customer service.
Keith trained as an apprentice under the previous Like New owners and has completed a Master Rug Cleaning Seminar led by the Nation’s leading Rug Experts. He has built a professional Rug Cleaning operation near I-77 in Charlotte and is committed to this family owned business.

Alex Mason was a cherished and integral part of the Like New family and business. After graduating from Marvin Ridge High School in 2023, Alex chose to join his father, Keith, and dedicated himself fully to the work. He was incredibly passionate about growing the company and held the inspiring aspiration to one day own and run the business alongside his siblings, a dream that reflected his deep commitment to his family and their shared future.
Professionally, Alex excelled as a highly trained Rug Specialist. Yet, his greatest joy often came from his interactions with clients. Alex prioritized client satisfaction above all else, finding immense pleasure in his work and cherishing the moment he returned a clean, renewed rug to a happy customer. His dedication and positive spirit touched everyone who worked with him and every client he served.
Alex’s passion, dedication, and loving presence will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and the entire community he served.
